Thelma Clark

TRACE Program Director

Thelma has recently joined the CalAsian chamber as the Project Director for the TRACE program.  She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in grants and program administration, leadership, and education as faculty with the University of Phoenix/ Sacramento Valley Region.  In the past, working with HUD on major HOPE VI redevelopment projects, Thelma was tasked with developing and administrating programs,  collaborating with community leaders to form, and lead a task force, to ensure oversight and sustainability.  In the recent past, Thelma was been managed millions of dollars for federal grants on wildfire risk reduction and resiliency.  As a faculty with the University of Phoenix since 2008, she continues to teach in the areas of management and human resources management.  Thelma received her Master’s Degree from Troy State University in Troy, AL.
