The Chamber utilizes policy committees to consider emerging issues, ratify Chamber policy positions, and inform and educate Chamber members on issues important to the API and small business community.

The Public Policy Committee monitors policies and legislation that impact the California’s API and small business community, supports policies that assist in the development of opportunities for job creation and business growth and opposes regulations that negatively affect small business.

The CalAsian Public Policy Committee meets on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month. For more information regarding CalAsian Public Policy Committee contact Julian Canete, Director of Public Policy at or at (916) 446-7883.
