Zeny Agullana is currently a Vice President for Government Banking at J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Agullana comes to J.P. Morgan after 22 years of public service for the State of California serving in the California Legislature, Attorney General’s Office, and the State Treasurer’s Office. As the Executive Director of the ScholarShare Investment Board, she managed the state’s 529 college savings program with over $5 billion in assets under management.
Zeny joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President for the Office of Nonprofit Engagement for the Western Region, working with organizations who are involved in advocacy, thought leadership and services related to low- and moderate-income communities, communities of color, and people with disabilities. Her engagement with nonprofits played a critical role in helping to keep senior leaders at JPMorgan Chase connected to our local communities and key public policy issues.
In her current role, Zeny is a Government Banker, serving the state of California, local government entities in the Greater Sacramento Region, and the state and local government agencies in Hawaii.
She received her BA from Sacramento State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
