Stephanie Tom, Director of Customer Executive Programs, for the North America Technology Division is responsible for driving the consistent execution of customer programs to positively impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stephanie joined Oracle in 1999 as a Partner Marketing Manager in the Alliance and Channels division. Since then, Stephanie has held leadership roles in Corporate Marketing and Oracle University. Prior to her current role, Stephanie was responsible for Executive Engagement for Oracle’s top executives. Collectively, these roles have established her expertise in executive engagement, reference development, education consulting, program and partner management with success driven from a customer centric approach. Stephanie is the Chairperson and Co-Founder of Oracle’s first Asian employee resource group, Oracle Professional Asian Leadership (OPAL).
Prior to joining Oracle, Stephanie led Business Development for the International Sales division at CyberCash, Inc. driving the establishment of CyberCash GmbH and CyberCash K.K. Other work experience includes: Aerotek and IBM. Leveraging her sales and marketing background focused on the high technology industry, in 2015 Stephanie founded 2S Technology Services – a small business providing technical support to private residences and small businesses.
In addition to her professional work, Stephanie is adjunct faculty for the School of Business and Administration at the University of Phoenix. She serves on the Advisory Committee for My Sisters House, and volunteers at various organizations focusing on women and children’s issues, poverty, and education. Some of these organizations include: Make-A-Wish Foundation and Feed My Starving Children.
Stephanie holds an M.B.A. in Global Business Practices from San Jose State University and a Bachelors of Science Degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in International Management.
